I offer an individualized online training program. This is a great option if you have a busy schedule, and/or prefer to exercise on your own time. The steps involved are as follows:

We would have an initial conversation over the phone or Zoom, where we would discuss your fitness and health history, including any current or previous injuries, as well as your goals. This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know me, and help you to decide if I will be a good fit for you.

Zoom fitness assessment, where I will assess your fitness level, and also look for any muscle imbalances that may affect training.

From there, I will create an initial program for you, which we will then tweak and refine as you start your fitness journey, to make sure the program fits your needs.

Through my fitness app, you can send videos of your training so I can observe and correct your form to make sure you're getting the optimal benefits from each exercise, and most importantly to work to prevent training injuries.

After a few weeks, after we’ve worked out any changes needed to your program, we will continue to have regular weekly email check-ins, as well as bi-weekly Zoom / phone check-ins to make sure the program is working for you, make any changes needed, and to help with accountability.

Nutrition is key to feeling and seeing results. I will provide ongoing nutrition coaching and accountability.
