Hybrid Training
I offer one-on-one, partner, and small group personal training sessions in your home or over Zoom, as well as individualized online training. The hybrid option combines both. This is a great option if you would like to do most of your workouts on your own time, but need the extra guidance and accountability that comes with each personal training session. Options include a personal training session 1x per week, every other week, and 1x per month. The steps involved are as follows:

We would have an initial conversation over the phone, in-person or over Zoom, where we would discuss your fitness and health history, including any current or previous injuries, as well as your goals. This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know me, and help you to decide if I will be a good fit for you.

Fitness assessment, where I will assess your fitness level, and also look for any muscle imbalances that may affect training.

From there, I will work with you 1x per week, every other week, or once a month for a one hour in-person or Zoom personal training session.

Through my fitness app, I will create an initial online training program for you, which we will then tweak and refine as you start your fitness journey, to make sure the program fits your needs.

Through my fitness app, you can send videos of your training so I can observe and correct your form to make sure you're getting the optimal benefits from each exercise, and most importantly to work to prevent training injuries.

Nutrition is key to feeling and seeing results. I will provide ongoing nutrition coaching and accountability.
